Conveyancing Quality Scheme
The Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) was established to provide a recognised quality standard and benchmark for Solicitors firms who do residential conveyancing.
Achieving CQS accreditation establishes a level of credibility for its member firms with vital stakeholders in the property world, such as mortgage lenders, insurers, estate agents and ultimately for the reassurance of best legal practice it gives, to the public generally and to our existing and much valued customers.
CQS is built around the following principles:-
- The integrity at all times of the Firm through its Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) and all other key residential Conveyancing team members.
- The Firm’s adherence to good practice management standards and Conveyancing work practices at all times.
- The Firm’s commitment to the highest standards of client care & service being given to all clients and other parties to a property matter.
Amanda Shaw Solicitors were among the earliest firms to gain CQS accreditation and have retained CQS accreditation since the scheme began in 2011.
