We are delighted to formally announce that ownership of Amanda Shaw Solicitors has transferred from Amanda Shaw to an ‘Employee Ownership Trust’ which runs the business for the benefit of all the staff. After more than 15 years at the helm, Amanda is delighted to have been able to secure the future of the business by transferring its ownership to the talented team that she has developed since the launch of Amanda Shaw Solicitors in 2009.
Amanda is (unfortunately for her!) not retiring just yet. She will remain on board as a full-time director and manager of the business for the next few years while the management team gradually takes over the reins.
Kirsty De Vos and Harriett Harrison have joined Amanda as directors of the trading company and Abi Penfold has become a director of the ownership trust.
The whole team is very pleased about the evolution of the business and delighted to continue providing an excellent service to local homeowners, whether buying, selling or remortgaging.
